Sea cargo is Wolftrack Cargo's lowest-cost-per-kilo option for heavy, non-urgent consignments shipped from Sialkot, trading a longer transit window — typically several weeks rather than days — for a substantially lower freight rate on bulk commercial orders.
Who this service is for
- Commercial exporters shipping bulk or heavy consignments where per-kilo cost matters more than speed
- Orders with a delivery deadline that comfortably allows for ocean transit time
- Shipments where air freight's weight-based pricing would make the order commercially unviable
Documents required
- Commercial invoice and packing list
- Bill of lading
- Certificate of origin, where the destination requires one
- Any destination-specific import license for the goods category
Transit time
Typically 3–6 weeks port-to-port depending on the destination and onward customs clearance; door-to-door times run longer once inland transport is added.
Air Cargo vs. Sea Cargo vs. this service
Air Cargo is the better choice when the shipment is time-critical or under roughly 100kg, where sea freight's cost advantage is outweighed by the multi-week transit.
