Duty Paid Shipping
Duty-paid shipping means the receiver pays nothing on arrival — Wolftrack Cargo settles destination-country duties and taxes upfront as part of the shipment cost, so the parcel clears customs and reaches the receiver without a separate duty invoice or customs office visit.
Who this service is for
- Personal parcels sent to family or individuals abroad who should not have to pay an unexpected customs bill
- Commercial shipments where the buyer has agreed a landed-cost price that already includes duty
- Any shipment where a duty-collection delay at destination customs would be unacceptable
Documents required
- Commercial invoice with an accurate, non-understated declared value
- Packing list matching the declared contents exactly
- HS (tariff) classification for the goods, used to calculate the duty paid upfront
Transit time
Same transit time as the underlying Air Cargo or Sea Cargo service selected; the duty-paid arrangement affects cost and customs handling, not transit speed.

Standard (non-duty-paid) shipping is cheaper upfront but shifts duty liability and payment to the receiver at destination customs — Wolftrack Cargo is the declaring party of record for duty-paid shipments, so an accurate declared value is a shared responsibility with the sender.
